Terms & consent

The fine print, plainly

Version 2026-08-14. By creating an account or entering a tournament you agree to everything below.

1. What The Community is

The Community operates skill-based Call of Duty tournaments and leagues. Outcomes are determined by player skill in head-to-head competition. The Community is not a casino, sportsbook, or game of chance, and does not accept wagers on outcomes by non-participants.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or appear on any tournament roster. By registering you affirm every player on your entry is 18+.

Paid-entry tournaments are not available to residents of states where cash-prize skill competitions are restricted (currently: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee — this list may change). You are responsible for truthfully reporting your state of residence; entries from restricted states will be removed and are not refundable once play begins.

VPN and proxy connections may be blocked. Circumventing region or ban enforcement is grounds for permanent removal.

3. Admin discretion is final

Tournament admins run the competition. By entering any tournament — especially paid-entry tournaments — you agree that admin rulings on scores, disputes, forfeits, restricted items, scheduling, pairing (including random pairing of solo and duo entries), bracket management, and player conduct are final and binding.

Admins may remove any player or team for cheating, glitch abuse, account sharing, harassment, ban evasion, or any conduct that damages the competition — with forfeiture of entry fee where the removal is for cause.

4. Entry fees, prizes & refunds

Entry fees are collected manually (e.g. Cash App or PayPal) per the instructions shown at registration. Your spot is confirmed only when an admin verifies your payment.

Prize pools are stated on each tournament page and may be updated before the bracket locks. Prizes are paid to the team contact via Cash App or PayPal after results are verified — identity and eligibility verification may be required before payout.

Refunds: full refund if a tournament is cancelled before it starts, or if you withdraw before the bracket locks. No refunds after the bracket locks, for no-shows, or for removals for cause.

5. Conduct & fair play

One account per person. Cheating, boosting, smurfing on an alternate account, glitch abuse, or match-fixing means permanent removal without refund.

The platform records device fingerprints (a hashed device signal — never your IP address) to detect duplicate accounts and ban evasion. Bans may apply to accounts, devices, and connections.

6. Streams & publicity

Tournaments may be broadcast live. By entering, you consent to your gamertag, team name, match results, and bracket position appearing on streams, videos, and social channels — including selection wheels and overlays used during broadcasts.

7. Privacy

We store what you give us: account email, gamertag, roster and contact details, uploaded images, and competition history. We do not log visitor IP addresses; IPs are checked transiently for ban and VPN enforcement, and stored only if an admin bans that address.

We never sell your data. Contact details are used for tournament operations only.

8. Liability

The Community provides the platform 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the entry fees you paid for the tournament in dispute. We are not responsible for game-server outages, publisher matchmaking issues, or your hardware and connection.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version date below changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Material changes will be flagged at your next sign-in or registration.

Questions or disputes: open live chat and request an admin.
